artwork for Peace of Winter album

i've been a big fan of Deviant Art since meeting Angelo in 2005 and supporting the BT tour. i had a friend suggest i use the flickr API for images to use for my upcoming album release with ccMixter. i have this vision of featuring a Deviation to create a visual impression to go along with each song. the proceeds of the album go to Free Tibet and it is the first compilation album released via ccMixter. the musicians are searching around to find the perfect Deviation for their song. what is the best way to get permission from a Deviant for such a project? you can hear a unmastered preview of the tracks on the album here [link] in case you have a Deviation you think might work :)
